Dana Herbertson is the Owner of The Derm Lounge Med Spa, and is an Advanced Certified Aesthetic Injector with a degree in Surgical First Assisting and Surgical Technology. She is also a Certified Laser Technician and a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. With over 25 years of experience in the skin care and medical industry, Dana adheres to the philosophy that every patient’s skin is different and each patient’s needs are identified through proper consultation. Before any type of treatment is performed, Dana takes her time to assess her patients’ skin and to discuss their unique cosmetic needs and goals. By utilizing this personal approach, Dana is able to provide her patients with the best service and care possible. Her radiant personality keeps her clients smiling and her attention to detail keeps bringing them back.
Dana began her career in Boca Raton, FL as a medical aesthetician and surgical first assistant in plastic surgery. In 2006, she relocated to Dallas, TX where she continued to operate and assist top board-certified plastic surgeons with surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures. After some time and reflection, Dana decided to utilize her talent and expertise in a more traditional spa setting. She still wanted to emphasize the medical aspect of her cosmetic training and therefore was pleased to buy The Derm Lounge Med Spa. Dana is continuing her eduction and is currently going for a higher degree and she spends her time with her family and traveling around the world.
